Rosemarie Perla is a licensed psychologist, executive coach and organizational consultant with thirty years of experience, a knowledge base in behavioral science and human performance, and a passion to assist leaders in the transformational process. Rosemarie has a commitment to organizational evolution through best practices and fiscal management.
Rosemarie uses quantitative methods centered in research that identify specific behaviors which contribute to leadership and team success. She also assists leaders through gaps in management style to create new, effectual behaviors and new avenues of direction. Rosemarie leads corporate retreats and training for clients ranging from healthcare facilities, engineering, architectural and law firms with a focus on leadership and inspiration.

Donna Billings, MA, PCC
Donna Billings is a professional certified coach, an educator, a professional lecturer on leadership training, and an organizational development consultant. She coaches key leaders, and executives, and has coached leaders of the United Nations, as well as professionals in transition. Donna became certified by Marshall Goldsmith in behavioral coaching.
Donna was named 2009 Pittsburgh Coach of the Year, by the Pittsburgh Coaches Association, and received an innovation in learning and development award from the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association. Donna is also the founder of the Professional Coach Certification Program at Duquesne University, an International Coach Federation Certification Program.
Bonnie Budzowski, MA
Bonnie Budzowski, is an expert in the communications field-helping people to use influence and credibility to move business forward. Michael Couch, MA
Michael Couch is business consultant with a unique background in organization effectiveness, business management, and operations, which allows him to partner with senior leadership, and collaborate with people throughout an organization. He focuses on building cultures that have a positive impact on the bottom line.
A versatile business executive, Michael has 30 years of experience as an internal organization effectiveness consultant combined with business unit P&L, and operations management experience. Michael also has focused on dramatically improving the capability of organizations, teams and individuals. He is a certified Senior Professional in HR by the Society for Human Resources Management and is a Co-founder of the Human Resources Leadership Forum of Western PA.
